Project Hope Shelter Extreme Makeover a Success!!

The Project Hope shelter at 45 Magnolia Street was the recent site for WCVB/Channel 5's Extreme Makeover: Hometown Edition. In just two weeks, Nov 4th-17th, with the help of hundreds of volunteers and supporters, we transformed all 34 areas of the house. This enabled us to take in 3 more homeless families.

Our task was to make over:

11 bedrooms

4 bathrooms
3 family rooms

2 children's playrooms

3 offices

1 main hallway

8 flights of wood stairs

2 foyers

.....all in only two weeks
