Extreme Makeover Volunteer Video
Digital Media, 2.5min., November 2006
Created and Produced by Libby Conn
The first words heard on WCVB-TV about the Makeover were these: “Volunteers just seemed to come out of the woodwork.” We trusted they were out there somewhere listening for a call for help: they were; they came; and, oh my, how they worked! They washed, rinsed, scrubbed, primed, painted, polished, and even sawed wood. They lifted and carried, sewed and draped. They became our community of care who “walked the talk”.
This video captures the amazing transformation of 45 Magnolia Street and the hundreds of volunteers who made it possible. Learn more about our Extreme Makeover.
