Tonya E. Jones, Executive Administrator
As Executive Administrator, Tonya provides administrative support to the Executive Director and oversees and manages operations for Project HOPE Boston’s main office and shelter site. Tonya first became familiar with the mission of Project HOPE Boston, Inc. when she worked as a legislative aide in the State Senate for the Second Suffolk District handling constituent services. After leaving the State Senate Tonya worked at a non-profit called Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation in Nubian Square for 12 years.
Prior to joining Project HOPE Boston, Inc. Tonya was the Call Center Manager for the Massachusetts State Covid-19 vaccination site at the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center. She supervised daily operations in the call center.
Tonya grew up in Roxbury and Jamaica Plain. In her free time, Tonya enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and hanging out with family and friends. She also enjoys shopping.
